NT Fine Cut
- NT Fine Cut is Nippon Tokushukan’s individual cutting method. Cutting of metal capillary tubes requires highly and fine cutting tech. NT Fine Cut is especially effective to super-micro capillary tube cutting as well as metal capillary tubes cutting.
- Conventional Cutting method such as whetstone cutting or Metal saw cutting caused burrs of both pipe ends. As a consequence, it was highly difficult to manufacture products in stable quality assurance.
- NT Fine Cut, developed for solving the problems, makes possible for high quality and precisely fine cutting.
